Account, Safety & Moderation
Is Flirtify safe and private?
Yes. Flirtify is built to keep your conversations and personal information secure.
We use automated detection and active moderation to remove suspicious accounts and inappropriate behavior. You choose what to include in your profile, and you can control who interacts with you.
How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page to reset your password.
If you signed up with Google and don’t have a password yet, you’ll need to create one first in your account settings: https://flirtify.com/profile/account-settings
After setting a password, you can use the “Forgot password” option anytime if needed.
How does Flirtify handle harassment or toxic behavior?
If you encounter a violation of our Terms of Use, please report the user immediately.
Our moderation team reviews every report carefully and takes appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We have zero tolerance for hate speech, bullying, or any inappropriate behavior, and repeat offenders are permanently removed from the platform.
How do you ensure users are 18+?
Flirtify is strictly for adults, and users must confirm they are at least 18 (or 21, depending on local laws) during registration.
Age confirmation is required as part of our onboarding process and is enforced under our Terms and Conditions. Accounts that violate this requirement are removed.
Can I change my account details?
Yes, you can freely update your Nickname, Languages you speak (6 max), Automatic translation (for messages), Country, and City at any time through your profile editor.
To change your email address, you must contact support@flirtify.com.
The feature to change profile avatars is currently unavailable.
How do I delete or deactivate my account?
You can permanently delete or temporarily deactivate your account via this link. To reactivate an account, contact our support team at support@flirtify.com.
Do I have to show my face?
While video chat requires camera access, you can turn off your camera if you have an active subscription.
Can someone record me during a call?
No. Recording, distributing, or threatening to share chat content is strictly prohibited.
Will my email or account information be shared?
No, your account details are used for service operation and are not shared with third parties.
Does Flirtify store my video calls?
No. Flirtify does not store or record your video calls.
Subscriptions & Payments
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Flirtify offers a free trial so you can explore the platform before subscribing.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your settings.
How do I choose another/change payment method?
You can cancel your subscription and purchase the new subscription with the desired payment method at your convenience.
What if my coins weren't added after payment?
Locate the receipt sent to your email and contact support@flirtify.com with a screenshot so we can assist you.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available methods vary by country and are shown during the checkout process.
Communication & Features
How do I enable my camera and microphone?
To enable the camera and microphone, access must be granted in the browser; otherwise, users won't be able to see or hear you during the calls.
Check your microphone and camera permissions:
Ensure that the browser has permission to access your microphone and camera.
You can check this by clicking the lock icon next to the URL in your browser’s address bar (https://flirtify.com/room/settings) and ensuring the microphone and camera settings are set to "Allow."
Also, all permissions can be managed here chrome://settings/privacy (Google Chrome).
What is the difference between Random and Direct calls?
Random Calls connect you randomly in the chat roulette.
Direct Calls allow you to call a specific woman at her individual call rate.
Please note that these rates apply only to Direct Calls - the rates for random connections remain unchanged. Additionally, from the very beginning of each call, you are shown the cost per minute and the minimum call duration.
How can I find woman I liked later?
You can add them to your "Favourites" by pressing the star icon in your Chat history, Private Messages, or Stories. You can find the list here.
Can I chat without making a call?
Yes. You can send private messages to woman you’ve previously called or added to your Favourites.
Do you offer translation?
Yes. Flirtify has a built-in translation tool that automatically translates messages. You can choose your preferred language in your profile settings.
How do gifts work?
You can purchase a gift from the list during the call or in private messages. Also, women can request the gift she would like to receive from you. If you press on this request, the gift will be purchased automatically.
Technical, App & Support
Does Flirtify have a mobile app?
Yes. Flirtify is available on Google Play for Android, and you can also use it directly in your mobile browser.
Why was my call interrupted?
Our automated system may flag a chat and terminate the call if a violation is detected from either party.
Can I filter women by country?
Currently, we do not have country filters; women are matched randomly in the chat roulette.
