Age of the Users

Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) or twenty-one (21) years of age, depending on the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

If we have reason to believe that a user of our Platform is under the legal age, or if we have a legal obligation to do so in specific jurisdictions, we may ask that user to verify their age. In this case, they will need to take the necessary actions as defined in the Platform's interface.
If the age is not properly verified, we may:
  • Close account;
  • Permanently suspend provision of services;
  • Revoke access to the Platform;
  • Make other actions as described in clause 9 of the Agreement.
We may take these actions with or without notice if age verification has not been completed.

Prohibited Conduct

While using our platform, users are NOT allowed (it is strictly PROHIBITED) to:
  • Engage in illegal activities or violate laws and rules;
  • Exploit, harm, or involve minors in any capacity;
  • Share prohibited and/or inappropriate content, including materials that are harmful, abusive, or hateful, or depict animal cruelty, rape, violence, necrophilia, threats of suicide or harm to oneself or others, blood, faeces or vomit, or any form of illegal activity, harassment, violence, hate speech, or discrimination;
  • Stream pre-recorded content instead of live video feed, stream someone else's video as your own, leave the camera unattended during live streams, or ignore other users during chats;
  • Record or distribute chat content;
  • Share personal contact details. Please note that doing so may expose you to the risk of unwanted and dangerous behaviour from third parties;
  • Share links to external platforms;
  • Engage in fraud or provide false information;
  • Bypass security or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
  • Spread viruses, harass others, or promote violence;
  • Violate others' rights, including intellectual property rights;
  • Use or propose unauthorised payment methods outside the Platform, or request or receive funds outside the Platform. Please note that for your security all payments must be processed through the Platform's payment system;
  • Deceive users in order to obtain gifts or other benefits, or ask for money under false pretences;
  • Use someone's identity, use photos or images of other people;
  • Allow any third party to appear in the content;
  • Make attempts to impersonate someone else;
  • Take any other action prohibited by clause 5 of the Agreement.

Rules on copyright

It is also prohibited to reproduce, communicate, or distribute content that You do not own or do not hold the necessary rights, licences or other authorisations from the rightholder. For example, the following actions are prohibited on the Platform:
  • Play or stream copyrighted music or songs, including as background audio during Chats. Please note that most of the music streaming services are not licensed for use on third-party platforms, including the Platform;
  • Stream or display movies, television shows, sports broadcasts, or similar audiovisual content;
  • Stream or display video games or related gaming content;
  • Share any other content protected by intellectual property rights without holding the necessary rights, licence, or authorisation from the rightholder.
However, it is allowed to use the user's own content, content in respect of which the user holds all necessary rights, licences or other authorisations from the rightholder. It is also permitted to use content within the scope of applicable exceptions and limitations provided under applicable law, most commonly quotation, criticism, comment, and exchange of opinions.

Violation Consequences

In case of any violation of these rules or laws or Agreement, we may take the following actions, with or without notice:
  • Suspend access to some or all of our services;
  • Remove any content;
  • Terminate account and delete all related information;
  • Inform the authorities;
  • Start legal action if necessary;
  • Any other action as specified in clause 9 of the Agreement.

This page is part of the legally binding Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) that governs your use of our Platform, Flirtify (the “Platform”), and any other related Services we provide. The term “Platform” also includes and refers to the website https://flirtify.com/, Mobile applications as defined in the Agreement and all domain names and applications operated by us.
