3. All owners of operator accounts certify to the Flirtify that they are acting in compliance with Record Keeping Requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and agree to deliver the related documentation upon request.
4. All user account owners and operator account owners electronically sign the Flirtify Terms and Conditions of Use (Agreement) available at https://flirtify.com/terms and certify that they are eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), that they are bound to provide requested documents and records and that they meet the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 (if applicable).
5. Members of the website’s support team have the right to moderate the content and materials to ensure that such materials conform to the principles of decency and accepted standards of propriety.
